ALL SERVICES (Abbreviated)

We aim to make complex cyber security concepts accessible and intuitive. No complexity. No alarmism. Just honest, factual advice and solutions.

Cyber Risk Management

Most risk registers are long, vague, and rarely opened again after the workshop that produced them. Meanwhile, the handful of risks that could genuinely put you out of business get the same weight on the page as the ones that would barely leave a mark.

That’s not risk management — that’s risk collecting.

You don’t need a forty-page framework exercise. You need to know, with confidence, where your business is genuinely risk-exposed and in what order to fix it.

How We Can Help

We run a gap analysis against your specific environment — not a generic checklist — and build you a roadmap ranked by actual business impact, not industry averages. Your biggest risks get addressed first; everything else waits its turn. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed to get the basics properly implemented, and only recommend a longer-term roadmap where one is genuinely warranted. If you’d rather hand off execution altogether, we can run the roadmap for you too.

Our risk assessments and roadmaps are primarily based on ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF gap analyses, combined with using the ISO/IEC and NIST risk management frameworks and standards. Risk quantification is also addressed, which is often overlooked.

Cyber Resilience

6 cyber controls which are an absolute necessity. Every business is moving toward AI, and security has to move with it.

AI is collapsing the window between a vulnerability being discovered and being exploited. It helps attackers identify new and older weaknesses, test whether an attack will actually work, and map out attack paths at a speed no human team can match. It has also become good enough at mimicking normal user behaviour that telling human activity from AI-initiated activity is often no longer possible from the logs alone.

Then there’s your supply chain. Think about how many vendors have a foot inside your infrastructure — your business systems, cloud, servers, databases, the places your sensitive data actually lives. Are they using AI agents? Assume yes, even if you can’t confirm it. If one of their AI systems breaks its guardrails and something goes wrong inside your environment, that incident is yours too.

Fighting AI with AI is a sound principle — but only once the fundamentals underneath it are solid. Without those, you’re spending money to patch a foundation that isn’t there.

How We Can Help

There are primarily 6 cyber controls you need to get right — properly, not just on paper. We’ll tell you what they are, which new processes you need to establish, and help you implement or optimise them if you need us to.

You may already have all or most of the right tools but are running them below their potential — usually a process problem, not a technology one — and one we can help close.

AI Risk & Governance

Most businesses already have AI running somewhere in their operations — sanctioned or not — and very few have governance that keeps pace with it.

The tools are moving faster than the policies meant to control them, and “we’ll figure it out later” is quickly becoming an expensive plan.

It’s not only your own AI use, either. Third parties connecting into your environment are almost certainly using AI agents of their own, whether or not you’ve asked them to disclose it.

How We Can Help

We perform an AI risk assessment and build a governance plan that fits how your business actually uses AI, and set clear rules for any third party connecting into your environment.

Our approach can be scaled up or down, depending on your unique business needs and current maturity. It’s not a one-size-fits-all or checkbox scenario.

Our methodology is primarily built on the ISO 42001 standard as the ‘wrapper’ with NIST AI RMF as the ‘executable’. We found this to be the most effective dual-compliance approach. There are benefits to both, but their approach and outcomes are different. We supplement these frameworks with OWASP’s LLM AI security controls where relevant.

We’ll also draft you an AI Acceptable Use Policy built around your business, not lifted from a template. What your people can and can’t do with AI should be shaped by your operations and risk appetite — not a generic policy someone downloaded.

Cyber Governance

Every business needs an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that governs how it manages cyber and information risk. Think of it as the foundation of a building — if it’s weak, everything built on top of it eventually gives way.

Cyber and Information Security governance is your essential base, not your security tools. Governance cannot be bolted on after you procure a cyber solution. Your security tool selection needs to fit into your governance model, not the other way around.

How We Can Help

We run a gap analysis against your business objectives and your industry, focused on what genuinely keeps you up at night — as detailed or as lean as you want it.

You’ll get a clear gap assessment and a prioritised roadmap, built together with your security team and business leaders. We won’t tell you to rip out what’s already working — if a tool or process is doing its job, we’ll say so. No sales pitch, just an honest, ranked list of what needs attention.

From there, you can run the roadmap yourself in phases using internal or external resources, or bring us in to execute it with you.

An ISMS doesn’t need to be complicated, and you don’t need every policy under the sun. Policies fail most often not because they’re wrong, but because they can’t survive contact with how the business actually operates — so we’ll help you simplify and align yours with how your people really work, not just how they’re meant to on paper.

Human Resilience

Your people are your first line of defence, whether they realise it or not.

A large number of cyber attacks involve stolen or misused credentials — and most of those start with a person, not a technical failure. What your employees click, how they interact with AI tools, what they post on social media, whether they share passwords, and how casually they handle confidential information all shape your actual risk exposure.

Threats are getting harder to spot, and human behaviour remains one of the biggest variables in whether an attack succeeds.

How We Can Help

We help turn your people into your human firewall — through practical, ongoing awareness and training built around how your team actually works, not a generic annual tick-box course.

Security Testing (Pen Testing)

Knowing whether your defences actually hold up under pressure isn’t something you can take on faith — and running that testing well takes relationships, scale, and judgement most internal teams don’t have in-house.

How We Can Help

We partner with Red Team firms to negotiate pricing and deliver independent penetration testing for our clients. For mid-to-large clients, we work with Synack, whose platform combines scalable, continuous testing with a pool of 1,600+ vetted researchers — you get detailed findings, including exploitability data, on a secure portal in real time as testing happens. This also covers enterprise-grade AI testing and bug bounty programmes.

For more targeted or ad-hoc engagements, we work with local Red Team partners to run black box, white box, or grey box assessments. Every report is reviewed by us before it reaches you, so you get a balanced read on the actual risk to your business — not just a list of findings.

Virtual Cyber Security Team and vCISO

Finding cyber security people with the right balance of skills, experience, and integrity isn’t easy, whichever end of the size spectrum your business is on. Retaining them is arguably harder — and the gap between someone resigning and a replacement starting can leave you exposed for months.

There may potentially be no cyber security resources available in the market either. ISC2’s annual Cybersecurity Workforce Study in 2024 states the cyber workforce gap at approximately 48.5 million open positions globally. They estimate an increase of 19% in this gap year-on-year.

How We Can Help

We maintain a vetted pool of cyber employees and trusted contractors — including virtual CISOs — available for 3, 6, or 12-month engagements. Our portfolio also includes project and programme managers experienced in delivering cyber security-specific projects.

We’ll take the time to understand what you actually need, then bring you a shortlist of people who genuinely fit — not just the first available CVs.

Cyber Certification Readiness

If you’re doing business — or want to be — with other organisations, you’re increasingly expected to prove that your cyber security holds up. Your next contract may depend on it. More mid-size and large organisations are now building evidence of solid security practices into their supplier contracts, purely to protect their own risk exposure.

There’s good reason for that shift. Third-party and supply chain involvement was found in 30% of all data breaches—doubling the roughly 15% recorded the prior year, according to the Verizon 2025 Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR).

Supply chain breaches cost organisations an average of USD 4.91 million per incident, according to the IBM Cost of a Data Breach Report 2025.

In addition, having a ready evidence pack of your security controls aligned to an industry framework — whether you’re certified or not — makes your audits and cyber insurance discussions a breeze.

How We Can Help

We help you establish the baseline controls your clients/auditors/insurers are asking for to get you certification-ready and turn what could be a compliance headache into a genuine competitive advantage — evidence of good security governance that sets you apart from competitors who can’t produce the same proof.

This process also assists in making your audits less strenuous, and your cyber insurance negotiations less complicated.

Soveren360

Soveren360 is our in-house proprietary Cyber Security GRC tool which we use to do our risk/control framework/pre-audit assessments and provide advisory on. It’s fully segregated so no client can view or access any data from another client, with role-based access control, secure tunnelling, Cloudflare protection and encryption built in. It also runs on a separate domain within Cloudflare for added security.

We’re not reselling this tool — it is a proprietary technology that enables us to deliver services more efficiently and consistently. It was specifically developed to streamline our own processes, perform risk analysis and management, ingest industry frameworks/standards and custom frameworks we use, do cross-mapping between frameworks and standards, as well as perform progress tracking and ease management reporting.

We use a specific 8-step methodology (journey) in this tool, which flows from initiation to final monitoring after service provision.
