SOVEREN360

Soveren360 is our internal Cyber Security GRC platform which we use to do our risk/control/audit assessments and provide advisory on.

It’s fully segregated so no client can view or access any data from another client, with multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), secure tunnelling to a separate dedicated domain, Cloudflare protection and SSL/TLS encryption built in.

Our non-commercial platform enables us to deliver our services more efficiently and consistently. Spreadsheets, stand-alone documents and isolated project plans are ineffective, time-consuming and sometimes ambiguous. Using Soveren360 lets us streamline our own processes, perform risk analysis and management, ingest industry frameworks/standards and custom frameworks, perform cross-mapping between cybersecurity frameworks and standards, as well as progress tracking and management reporting.

In other words — for us to provide an enhanced, more streamlined service to our clients. You can see exactly what the project/programme progress is and track your progressive risk reduction.

Your service delivery from us can be based on several industry frameworks and standards, as well as alignment to related risk management methodologies. These include — but are not limited to — ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, ISO/IEC 42001 for AI, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 27005 for Risk, EBIOS RM, CIS Standards and more. We also have reduced frameworks for smaller businesses.

The full Soveren360 journey is framed as follows:

Risk analysis and business context

Identify and rank material risks

Map applicable cyber controls across frameworks and standards

Phase I — Address high-risk gaps first

Phase II lower risk gaps and longer-term improvements

Policies, procedures, accountability and governance

Evidence, pre-audit preparation and readiness

Track risk, controls, remediation and ongoing compliance
